    When you get a Buyer or Seller- First get our "Offer to Puchase" Package  by calling 816-532-9400 , then-

    Verify everything starting first by calling the Loan Officer on the commitment letter to make sure you have a buyer as instructed in step 1. This gets the deal rolling in the right direction from the start with no wasted time on lookyloos (want to be buyers).

    All legal documents necessary to transfer title from the Seller to the Buyer for your location may vary and may be needed to be prepared, along with lenders’ instructions, requirements, state and federal documents. All documents should be reviewed and signed by both parties. The Title Company will write the Settlement Statement which should be examined and signed. Then the title company will record the transaction at the courthouse. After it has been recorded you will receive your proceeds check.
